"Born beyond the Arctic Circle — a land of raw beauty and harsh nature. I believe it’s this northern force and luminous depth that shaped my inner sense of the world. Since childhood, my life has been filled with passions: rhythmic gymnastics, dance, music, singing, skiing, knitting, deep friendships… A particularly warm memory is being part of the International Friendship Club, where I started learning English with older students. My guide into this world — a family friend — is now an international star. That’s when my first stage performances began, back in kindergarten — touching and a little funny. I graduated from school with a silver medal and soon began teaching English. I pursued my higher education with distinction and joy, teaching children English and German along the way — that’s how my professional journey began. Later, I taught at the Marine Academy and sailed on the legendary barque *Sedov*, taking part in round-the-world voyages. I visited Iceland, England, Morocco, the Arctic, and the Atlantic… Each port brought new faces, impressions, and a touch of sea-spray romance. Life brought me to beautiful Switzerland and Austria — with their mountains, lakes, and breathtaking alpine passes. I also feel close to the warmth and soulfulness of Israeli culture. Today I am a coach and author of two books, one of which became a bestseller and was translated into English. I lead my own practice called *Elegantly Light*, collaborate with thought leaders in the field of mindfulness, and organize international events. I’m also a certified facilitator with a London-Zurich-based school for children of diplomats, actors, and athletes — a place where creativity meets global thinking. I adore travel, cultural exploration, fashion, music, psychology, yachting, design, technology, and everything connected to human development and sustainable values. I’ve taken part in a business regatta with top executives, translated for yachting magazines, and once spoke with a Dutch princess about compassion. As a person, I’m open, light-hearted, and sincere. I love refined humor, gentleness, soulful warmth, and know how to set healthy boundaries with grace and respect. I value honest conversation and welcome different points of view. One of my dreams is to learn to play golf — guided by a true master." |
